Originally from Northern California’s Bay Area, Emmett relocated to Colorado to pursue a degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he graduated summa cum laude. While completing his studies, he began working as a patient coordinator at a dental practice in Boulder—an experience that sparked a lasting passion for the operational and administrative side of dentistry.

With a background in dental management and a natural talent for organization, Emmett brings a refined, concierge-level approach to Aurum, ensuring every patient interaction reflects care, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Sanela is a highly dedicated dental assistant known for her meticulous attention to detail, compassionate demeanor, and unwavering commitment to patient care. Her Bosnian heritage has shaped a strong work ethic, cultural sensitivity, and a thoughtful approach to every patient interaction.

As a proud mother of two, Sanela values trust, communication, and creating a calm, comfortable environment where patients feel genuinely cared for. She takes great pride in supporting her team and maintaining an impeccable clinical setting. As Dr. Kira’s lead assistant, Sanela ensures precision behind the scenes and an exceptional experience for each patient.

Josie is Aurum’s source of comfort, joy, and unconditional love—and Dr. Kira’s beloved Rottweiler. With a naturally calming presence and an intuitive sense for when a little extra reassurance is needed, Josie has a special way of putting patients at ease with her big smile and signature cuddles.
